🔁 Return & Refund Policy

At Fallen Lights, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.


🕒 Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging


💌 How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please email us at support@fallenlights.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photo(s) of the item (if damaged or defective)

We’ll guide you through the next steps!


📦 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank


⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items?

We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item(s). We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund right away.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account or credit card statement

  2. Contact your bank or card issuer—sometimes it takes time to process
